We are not able to guarantee any particular room/cabin number. If you are booking two Creekside Cabins and want to be side by side, OR the Homestead Lodge and King Terrace rooms and want a top floor unit you may make a request and we will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee. All room/cabin assignments are given at check in.

 

*If you need a ground floor room due to mobility issues, we will guarantee that. Make sure to follow up this request in an email.

 

NONE of these policies apply to the Carlo House, Carlo Guest Cabin or Carlo Loft, we guarantee the House rental you have booked.
