FYI - No phones or TV to interrupt your Denali experience! Rooms cannot accommodate rollaway beds. If you would like a TV check out our Homestead Lodge rooms.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:  A one-night deposit is due at booking, balance collected 15 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable up to 16 days prior to check-in less a $25 per room/cabin cancellation processing fee. Within 15 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable; no-shows and early departures are non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Smoking/Pet Policy: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in any of our cabins/rooms or housing rentals. There will be a cleaning fee equal to one nights room charge plus a $200 damage fee.

 

TRANSPORTATION: *We highly recommend you rent a car and drive to Denali due to the distance to/from the area. This will allow you the freedom and flexibility to explore at your leisure.  It takes 8 hours to get to Denali by train or it is a scenic 4-4.5 hour drive.  If you opt to take the train you will need to rent a car from Keys to Denali, 1-800-683-1239, they can also book your train tickets and offer a 5% discount, or arrange shuttle service from Denali Transportation Services 1-907-522-5820 .  You must make arrangements in advance.
