The Carlo House is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom 1800 sq.ft. home. Situated on 3 wooded acres, ideal for larger families and small groups that want all the luxuries and amenities of home.

The Carlo House is a 5 minute walk from our main property McKinley Creekside Cabins & Café, you will park next to your rental. Max. 8 people. *NO extra per person charge up to 8 people. * Minimum 2 night stay, unless only one (1) night is available.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy for the Carlo House: A one-night deposit is due at booking and the balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival. A 61+ day notice is required for a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee, 45-60 days for a refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 44 days are non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance.
Carlo House Reset Fee: A $125 reset fee is applied to the Carlo house rental. To avoid an additional $125 cleaning fee, we ask that you, remove all trash to dumpster. Kitchen/dishes are to be left in the manner in which it was given; clean counters, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all dishes washed and put away.

Smoking/Pet Policy: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in any of our cabins/rooms or housing rentals. There will be a cleaning fee equal to one nights room charge plus a $200 damage fee.
TRANSPORTATION: *We highly recommend you rent a car and drive to Denali due to the distance to/from the area. This will allow you the freedom and flexibility to explore at your leisure. It takes 8 hours to get to Denali by train or it is a scenic 4-4.5 hour drive. If you opt to take the train you will need to rent a car from Keys to Denali, 1-800-683-1239, they can also book your train tickets and offer a 5% discount, or arrange shuttle service from Denali Transportation Services 1-907-522-5820 . You must make arrangements in advance.
